I have been showed the GL assessment resource, it is a good screener but there are others out there too. Do some further research because you want it to be able to meet your leaner needs. I find GL is geared towards mainstream children more so i.e. children with other / identified SEND needs may not be able to access this. I am assuming you are mainstream now that I have written this.
