I had something similar, we had a type 1 that felt dizzy when her app numbers were too high so rest breaks were used, with a stop watch and a signing sheet. We approached JCQ and the examination bodies themselves to notify them of our plan, we already had evidence of the medical condition. We might have logged it on a form 8, but this really was her normal way of working. She was also allowed to bring in drinks and snacks (without the wrappers). She used an arm app to measure her levels and some of her medication was available.
