We get these through quite a lot (on our 3d this academic year so far!) but we are given specific questions we have to answer. From what I can remember :
– social skills, social communication and social interaction. How does the child communicate, can they use non verbal gesture and understand it. Do they initiate interaction. How is interaction with peers
– behaviour. Have you noticed any unusual behaviours, repetitive patterns, mannerisms
– play. How do they play and where do they enjoy playing
-sensory. Any sensory differences. Do they avoid or seek out particular sensory experiences or show sensory sensitivities
