An interesting question. Would it depend on the purpose of the age standardised test? If the test is being conducted for the purpose of comparison with peers, I think the answer should be yes, because the access arrangement is to restore equality. If the test is being administered to establish the right to extra help, it would be nonsense to introduce some form of extra help!
