Katie. As I said in my previous post achieving an EHCNA is relatively easy and straightforward if the school is onboard and the parents are willing to appeal. The paperwork is easy to do and parents do not usually attend the hearing it is done on paper evidence. If you wish I can talk you through it and provide all the necessary paperwork.
