Hi, I have worked internationally for 20 years, and the same rules apply, as for the UK rules. You can find evidence through teacher comments, pupil comments (uses extra time for homework/coursework), and physical evidence. However, not all international diagnosis, in my experience, have been valid, and the pupil did not need nor meet criteria/scores for EAA. Have you assessed them yourself? Also, go and make observations. You have time to collect evidence, if indeed it is used/needed, without giving an unfair advantage. Happy to support anytime. Jo.
