We have about 1100 students, 36 EHCP and 175 SEN K. We have 1 assistant SENCO working 4 days a week, and 1 FT admin. Our SENCO has been on long term sick for a year. We don’t know how much longer we can cope. We already start at 7.30 and work through lunch!
