We have a similar size school and around 30 EHCPs. We have two SENcOs one full time and one 3 days a week with 50% and 20% teaching time respectively.
We share our part time admin with PP and safeguarding although that member of staff is leaving in a week and due to recruitment issues it looks like we will be without admin support from then.
It is a massive struggle.
