I can’t really help much but we are in a similar position. We include tutor time, breaktime, lunchtime and after school interventions which are offered (even if not taken up). That helps the hours look boosted. But I also wonder what would happen if parents followed through with threats. We want to provide hours but there isn’t enough funding?
