Sadly it seems an impossible position. I’m not sure I can offer much advice really, It sounds like the support plans need reviewing against original targets, which just takes time. Teachers should obviously be involved – maybe a catchup chat with the teachers to review them, make notes and them try to prioritise them somehow?
