Unlike Hannah, I don’t have recent experience of Ofsted but from previous experience, they wont want to see any pre-prepared case studies. As Hannah said, it is all about the classroom. Very likely, as part of the SLT ‘chat’, they will want to know information about your SEND students, as well as PP, CLA etc and how they are being supported. They will then expect to see this in practice in the classroom.
