You can’t use a report for primary evidence if you did not first send the assessor a completed Part 1 of a Form 8.
In order for scores to be used the assessor must first make contact with the school, then ask for a Form 8 Part 1 completed and then input the scores in Part 2 and sign it off.
You can’t use historical reports that do not follow this order.
Also, all Form 8s must be completed using evidence from tests from year 9 or over.
Finally, the person who tests must have an appropriate qualification to test for exam access, evidence of which is held on file at school.
You can’t use any of the primary school reports for primary evidence but of course they can inform the narrative in Part 1, explaining the history of difficulties.
