Hi Stephanie,
This link will help as it sets out the regs re use of scribe and yes, agree with you Anita.
Can’t use scribe for MFL unless candiate can dictate foreign words letter by letter, but it can be taped etc.
Can use for Eng Lang with conditions as set out.
