I am now going to clarify (and justify) my question. My room is used for time out students, pastoral leader phone calls, TA meeting room, exams access, the assessment room call to parents/agencies/teachers re SEN students and needs, reviews, referral meetings, a place for those students who have dropped subjects – and then some – and this is in addition to all the delightful paperwork that needs to be done etc ++++…I am worried
