Thanks Claire. Sounds like a stressful time with the inspector! Did they give any indication of how many examples of tests with extra time they were expecting to see (is this where the 5 comes from)?
The ADHD diagnosis in this case was already confirmed when the pupil started in Year 7. They were diagnosed in Year 3 and we have a letter from the initial diagnosis and the consultant psychiatrist currently treating them again confirming the diagnosis.
