I think this will be an interesting stream to follow as it’s very ambiguous..
I place those that require more than QFT and those with a diagnosis. The conversation with the family around expectations of support etc is more crucial. I do have ‘monitored’ students too who are awaiting diagnosis or are showing signs of need’s developing.

Good luck in your new role! It’s hard work but I love it!!
