    ZONES OF REGULATION – Programme
    Mindfulness Programmes
They work well as interventions especially if carried out first thing in the morning. Potentially in each class on audio for the mindfulness.
Zones of regulation would be with the TA’s in the morning and then followed on throughout the day.
Sensory circuits are great too – get an OT or PE teacher to look into it, implement it and get everyone involved. its one thing delegating and watching another when the adults join in – a different sense of community. SEMH requires adults to come down to the child’s level as the gaps are so broad and require intense bridging.
