This is what we do
All computers use an exam set system each user has an identified number, so the log in is wrd01, [chosen word/s 01, [chosenword]02 etc.. with a generic password that is the same for all.
As we also use Docs Plus this helps identify where converted scripts/exam papers need to go
Scripts are either printed directly in the room if there is a printer, if not we have a memory stick where the document is temporarily saved and then printed
