What a brilliant question! We have forest school leader in our school grounds once a week for all children. EP recommended provision to promote sense of belonging with a focus on whole school so that children with low self esteem and adhd don’t feel singled out. We also have a trained ELSA once a week ( by teacher referral) We work with Equine Partners to provide support for pupils with autism. It helps with self regulation.
